The kitchen measures 7.4 x 4.1m.

Heating is either by a conventional 'kickspace heaters' or by an air conditioning unit, which heats, dries, or cools.
The kitchen Is well stocked-it has cutlery and crockery for 120-cups, saucers, side plates, soup plates, three sizes of main course plates, pudding plates, jugs, serving dishes, ramekin dishes, etc. Glasses are provided for 144-beer, wine, champagne flutes, sherry, hi-ball, shorts glasses.
The main equipment comprises two sinks, commercial dishwasher (working
on a one minute cycle) hot cupboard (for 110 plated meals), bug catcher,
six ring dual fuel cooker with large single oven, and large frig/freezer. Other
smaller equipment includes two water boilers, kettle 7 No. airpots, trays,
cooking pots, etc.,
